Requirements
- Previous customer service experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Strong typing and multitasking abilities
- Quick learner with product knowledge retention
- Experience with helpdesk software preferred
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently
